On a very sunny day in Bellingham, WA--Terrell & Aizia were the center of attention. So often they give to others and care beyond themselves, but on their wedding day, they were surrounded by the power of love.
Aizia carefully pinned up the flower girl's hair and placed a handcrafted flower crown on her head. Charlotte's little face lit up when saw how pretty she looked! In the midst of all that was happening, it was time for Aizia to slip into her dress. As the maid of honor, Sirita, and the other bridesmaids helped Aizia into her bridal gown, Aizia's mother carefully held a pearl necklace. A pearl necklace that had been passed down several generations. Both her grandmother and mother wore it on their Wedding day. July 18, 2015, the tradition was passed on, and the necklace was placed around Aizia's neck.
Meanwhile, down in the garden, greeting family and friends, Terrell anxiously waited for his bride. He couldn't wait to be married to his best friend. Friends and family arrived to a beautiful 7-acre, botanical garden in a natural, wooded setting, to witness two people become one. Better known as, Glen Echo Garden.
As the Wedding music began, Aizia arrived to the garden where she would have a one-on-one moment with her father. Her father had not yet seen Aizia nor her dress before this moment. It was a tender, sweet father and daughter first look. Both tears and joy filled Aizia's face, as her father wrapped his arm around her arm and walked her down the isle, where Terrell for the first time saw his beautiful Bride.
Terrell & Aizia, thank you for the honor of documenting your love. I wish you the best as you navigate life together. Blessings!
